To encourage dancing, consider hiring a DJ or a small band for your event. Alternatively, you can opt for a good speaker connected to a laptop or iPod with a playlist.

Our event space is fully customizable, allowing you to create the perfect layout for your event. Whether you need a dance floor, a stage, or a seating arrangement, we can accommodate your needs.

Alcohol is permitted when renting our event space, however, it's subject to a service fee and requires alcohol insurance and a bartender.


Alcoholic beverages must only be served to individuals twenty-one (21) years of age and over. 


Serving of alcohol must cease thirty (30) minutes prior to end of rental time.

Things to Know Before You Book

  • The Waterfront event venue renter must be at least 25 Years of Age.

  • Food:  You can use your own caterer.

​

  • Insurance:  We do require that the renter obtain one-day Event Insurance.  

​

  • Security:  Security may be required for events between the hours of 5pm-11pm  and/or any event serving alchol. Customer responsible for security fees. 

​

  • We do not have a kitchen. We do have a designated area for refrigeration purposes, allowing chilling of desserts or wedding cakes, and "staging" for your designated caterer.

A signed contract and non-refundable retainer fee of $750 must be received to reserve your date(s) and time(s). This fee will not be returned in the event of cancellation but will be applied to the final total.


All tours, site visits, and meetings at The Waterfront Rodeo must be scheduled with our staff in advance to ensure availability. We would love to show you our event venue, so complete the Event Inquiry form to see the venue.


The capacity for your event is dependent on your set-up request. Max inside seating is 180 guests and standing is 190.


We are open to reserve case by case.


We have black event chairs and 6ft black rectangle tables available for an extra fee or you are allowed to bring any kind you like.


Your contract lists the set up and breakdown times.  This means all vendors and personal belongings must be off the property in this allotted time to avoid overtime charges.


Client shall be responsible for returning the venue to the state that it was provided to them unless paying for a cleanup fee with our professional cleaner.


The Waterfront Rodeo is fully ADA-compliant. We do have disabled parking and restrooms.


Music and amplified sound are allowed indoors.  Outdoor amplified sound is must end by 10:00PM. 


We recommend that music is shut off at least 1 hour prior to your reservation end time so that clean-up can begin after your guests can depart. 


Speakers should be pointed towards the building, or to the side, and not towards the street or homes. Music and amplified sound should only be at levels where it can be heard no more than 50 feet away.


Yes, we allow outside catering at our event space. 


Alcohol is permitted when renting the venue, subject to a service fee, and requires alcohol insurance and a bartender.


Important: A bartender and insurance is required if serving alcoholic drinks.


Alcohol service is limited to those 21 and over, with no selling, and must cease 30 minutes before the rental's end time. 


Alcohol consumption is confined to the venue premises and not allowed outside, including the driveway and parking lot. 


No. These items are to be arranged by your full-service caterer, planner, or an event rental vendor.


While we offer complimentary Wi-Fi, we suggest having essential documents and media stored on a hard drive in case of any unforeseen outages beyond our control.


Yes, we do require proof of a minimum $1,000,000 policy with The Waterfront Rodeo listed as an additional insured, The Certificate of Insurance should be submitted 30 days before your event and must be obtained separately. 


We recommend adding to your current policy or you may use one of these resources.

If you choose to utilize our venue's Event Planner service, your designated Event Planner will handle the arrangement of personal items and decorations on the event day. These items include table numbers, signs with easels, picture frames, seating charts, guest books, card boxes, and party favors. 


However, please ensure that all these items are pre-assembled and ready for the event before your rental period begins. Any other items not mentioned above or any listed items not prepared and event-ready will be your responsibility.


Reservations with a majority of guests 12 to 21 years of age must have a safety officer present during the event AND also at any event serving alcohol. 


Additional fees apply. We will coordinate the addition of the safety officer to your reservation if it is determined a requirement.


Our event specialist will help you finalize the venue arrangements and ensure you're fully equipped for a successful event.


You have the option to hire your own Event Planner, or you can opt to include the services of the Waterfront Rodeo's event planner for an additional fee tailored to your event needs.
