You have access to outside space (back atio and front lawn for outdoor events).

2 large ADA-accessible restrooms.

Secure onsite parking lot and off-street parking. available

1 day event Insurance is required for all events

A signed contract and non-refundable retainer fee of $500 must be received to reserve your date(s) and time(s). This fee will not be returned in the event of cancellation but will be applied to the final total.

Damage/Cleaning deposit of $475

If your event is in less than thirty (30) days - 100% of the cost is due upon signing of the contract.

The non-refundable retainer fee will not be returned in the event of a cancellation.

We understand that sometimes plans need to change, so we're happy to accommodate a one-time adjustment to your event date. Just make sure the new date falls within the same calendar year as the original one. If not, unfortunately, we'll have to forfeit the Non-Refundable Retainer fee. We're here to help make things easier for you!
